WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?

Answer

If you are planning to stay at the Hotel, we recommend booking ASAP. The wedding block group rate will end on September 11. The hotel is fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to check in. Hotel check-in is at 4:00pm so please plan accordingly if you are checking in the day of the wedding.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception are an adult only affair.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will not be having transportation to the Church, however it is a short five minute drive or uber from hotel. ** Please allow extra time for traffic due to the Pitt game and Oktoberfest on the North Shore ** All other wedding events are at the Wyndham or are walkable from the hotel!

WILL THERE BE PARKING AT THE CEREMONY?

There is a small parking lot at the Church and there should be plenty of off street parking available as well.

Answer

Valet parking is available at the Wyndham for $28/day or $38/night.
