Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
All entrees are served with 2 seasonal vegetables as well as a Champagne Salad-Mixed Gem Lettuce, Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Diced Pears in Champagne Emulsion. Our cocktail hour will be served with 10 Butlered Hot D' Oeuvres.
