Cut off date to book is April 17th. If you call and there are no rooms left, please let us know so we can add more to the block. You may cancel without charge 24 hours prior to your reservation date. 

There are other hotels in this area; however, they are all fully booked. 

Shuttle Information
If we have 10 rooms blocked, the hotel will provide a shuttle free of charge through 11:30 p.m. from our venue to Hampton Inn & Suites ONLY. Lyft and taxi services are available from the venue as well. Again, you may leave your vehicle parked in The Meadow Barn parking lot until 9:30 a.m. Saturday the 18th.
