The ceremony starts at 5:30 PM on Friday, January 7, 2022. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 5:00 PM & 5:15 PM to grab your welcome cocktail and start mingling. 🙂 If you are a staying at the Mr. C Hotel or the Courtyard by Marriott Coconut Grove Hotel, a trolley will be available for transport to the venue promptly at 4:30 PM.
We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!
Thursday 01/06, Mr.C: Dressy Casual Women: knee-length dresses, skirt styled with a blouse, jumpsuit, etc. Men: khakis/slacks, styled with a button down. Sports coat preferred but not necessary. Friday 01/07, Villa Woodbine Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie Optional A black tie optional dress code isn't as confusing as it sounds (we promise!). It means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. Have fun with it!
Um, is there a sun and moon? Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.
Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail or text us with any questions!

Transportation will be provided to and from Villa Woodbine at Mr. C Hotel and The Marriott Courtyard Hotel. A white trolley will be outside each hotel at 4:30PM to begin to take guests to Villa Woodbine for the ceremony and reception. Each trolley can hold a total of 30 people and will make two trips per hotel. After the reception, the white trolleys will be outside Villa Woodbine at 11:00PM to take guests back to each hotel and will make two trips each.
Yes! There is free parking located at Villa Woodbine.
