Hotel rooms are available in our block for the night of Aug 8th & Aug 9th. To book use the link below labeled "view" or call and give them the wedding code of MCGGRE to book under our block. Space is limited, so book as soon as possible! If you are only booking for one night, after selecting "Book a Room", select "Edit Stay" on the top of the screen next to the booking dates. Then select the date you would like to book your stay. If you have any issues give the hotel a call and they will get you booked!

Shuttle

MAIN SHUTTLE

August 9, 2026 3:15 pm

We only have one shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:15 pm. If you are unable to make that shuttle, please arrange your own ride to the venue for our 4 pm ceremony. We will have two shuttles for the return trip to the hotel: one at 9:30 pm and one at 10:30 pm. Please note, we cannot fit all guests on the 10:30 pm shuttle, so plan accordingly. Attention bridal party and immediate family of bride and groom: we will have a private shuttle departing for the venue at 1:30 pm from the hotel.

Travel Note

Note for those Traveling Far

For those coming from far away I recommend flying into Bradly International Airport (BDL). Ubers are usually always around in that area, but you are more than welcome to phone a local friend or pre-book a car/cab. We also have Amtrak line pretty close to the venue as an option!
