The ceremony & reception are in different parts of town. Can we stay in Summerville instead of Downtown Charleston & drive down for the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There are many great hotel options in the Nexton area along the Summerville exit off of the interstate for easy travel to and from downtown. The Francis Marion has courtesy valet service for the wedding.

Should we rent a car or Uber around town?

Answer

Either option will work but need to consider your transportation to the Church & back downtown for the reception. We highly encourage you to walk or Uber to get around the Downtown Charleston area & even leaving your hotel (if staying downtown) to get to and from the reception.

Where will family pictures take place?

All family pictures will take place at the Church.
