Denver, CO elevation is 5,280 feet above sea level (one mile!) with Parker about 600 feet higher. Alcoholic drinks pack more of a punch than at sea level (think two drinks at sea level equals one at elevation). The sun feels warmer, because you are closer to it, and there is 25% less protection from it, so apply sunscreen accordingly! The Mile High City is also extremely dry, so it is a good idea to drink more water than usual. And, with less water vapor in the air at this altitude, the sky really is bluer in Colorado.
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 4th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'no' as we need to provide the venue with a final guest count in a timely manner.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family.
Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 4pm.
Yes, there will be a shuttle to the venue leaving from The Inverness Denver for hotel guests (Time of departure TBC). There will be a shuttle back to the hotel following the reception as well. For those with other accommodations or who prefer to drive, Uber/Lyfts are available as well as overnight parking on the venue property.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will have a photo booth to capture your best shots as well.
Yes, if the weather cooperates we will have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear midi or floor-length dresses or dressy separates. Gentlemen can wear a suit or blazer with dress pants.
