We’re getting married! It’s really happening. :) May the fourth be with you all.

In 2011 I worked at Tilted Kilt with Rikkilee. Where her parents and brother would come in and eat. Scottie and I would talk in passing but nothing ever anything substantial. However, little did I know that he had a super crush on me. He never acted upon anything because he thought I was out of his league. & if we are being honest back then I probably would have broke his heart. Fast forward over the years we had random fb comments and then at the beginning of 2016 I got water in my camera lens & reached out to him since I knew he worked for Verizon. We would chat here and there. We than started talking more over time at the beginning of the summer. He was then my saving grace when I was looking for a place to rent. His uncle had a place he rented. So a few days after the 4th of July I drove to Ocala and we met up to go look at the house. Little did I know that day would be the day that would forever change everything. & than July 15th he asked me to be his girlfriend. Our first official date was to Olive Garden and we missed our movie due to talking and losing track of time. Introduced him to the dark side aka (Starbucks). We would go Pokemon Hunting but the night we went to the midnight release of the new Harry Potter book will forever be a night I remember. As its the first time he told me that he loved me. From then on we have only gotten closer, better, and happier. 2.5 years later we have a house, our handsome son, a beautiful daughter, & a crazy dog.

December 19th, 2017 we went to the hospital to be induced with Brodhi. He was then able to come home Christmas Eve day. A few days later we made the trip from Ocala to Panama City to be able to visit with Family and everyone be able to see and meet Brodhi. We were doing a late Christmas with family on Dec 30th we were opening presents when Rikkilee said,” hold on I have birthday presents for you in my room.” She came out with a few things and one of those was a box. As I was opening it I saw Neil Lane and thinking to myself,” I know Rikkilee loves me and I am her favorite but this is a bit much.” That is until I opened it and saw the most beautiful ring & looked up to see Scottie down on his knee asking me to be his forever. & well you all know the answer I gave. :)
