Sparta, TN is the closest town to the venue and is pretty rural. However it does have plenty of Air Bnb, VRBO, and cabin rental options. Sparta does have a little "Hallmark" downtown square with food, coffee, and shopping. There is one Walmart in town just in case.
Cookeville, TN has more standard food and shopping options (e.g Longhorns, fast food, Ross, Ulta, Walmart, Publix, Starbucks etc). It will also have the only hotel options-along with Air bnb/ Vrbo options. Keep in mind that Cookeville is about 30-40 minutes from the wedding venue.

There are 2 main airports in Tennessee. Nashville (BNA) is about 2 hours from Sparta, TN. Chattanooga (CHA) is about 1.5 hours from Sparta, TN. If flying please consider that you may also need a rental car.
