We're Getting Married!

We’ve had a crazy few months since our engagement on October 12, 2018 (Brooke’s birthday)! We bought a home, planned a wedding, moved into our home, battled several colds, traveled a bunch, watched our beloved football teams loose, battled more colds - and we’re somehow pulling off raising a pretty awesome five (soon to be six) year old. One thing we have managed to do through it all is laugh. We laugh at the really great days and laugh harder at the not so great days. The basis of our relationship has been laughter, which has helped us navigate through the last year and half together. Our love has grown stronger, our conversation has gotten deeper, and our dedication to each other has not wavered. When we met on July 15th of 2017, we both left saying it was the best first date we had ever had. Everyday after has brought so much happiness to our lives. Although we are very different in many ways, our core is the same. We know what matters most to us in life and prioritize that above all else. Finding your soulmate in life is an indescribable feeling (much like having a child). There aren’t words to express the amount of love you have in your heart for that person. It’s something you didn’t know you were missing until you have it. You make choices, commitments, and sacrifices with them always on the top of your mind. Everything goes back to this - what’s best for them and ultimately for us. We’ve had an amazing journey thus far and we’re so grateful to have each other! Just a little more mush and then we’re done… we’re so excited to share our Wedding Day with all of you that we love so dearly! We have had nothing but support from you all and can’t express our gratitude enough! Thank you for helping make us who we are; without you this may have never been!
