Lodging?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at a hotel for a discounted rate. If you need a hotel please book your room with ours. This information will be found on the Travel tab on this website.

RSVP Deadline

Answer

Please return your RSVP by August 31st so we can properly accommodate. Otherwise... bring a chair and a sandwich :)

Question

Where should we park at the venue?

Answer

There will be signs as well as part of the street blocked off. There is parking in a parking garage just behind the building. It will be the first level of the apartment complex garage. You can also park in the Idea museum parking lot.

Plus One?

Answer

Please wright the name of your plus one on the paper RSVP when you send it back. Or if you have one, put their name here when you RSVP. To be sure that we have got it feel free to RSVP on the site and by mail.

Are my children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! On your RSVP please put how many kids you will have attending! We will be serving dinner and I'm sure your little one will be hungry! Or you can make it a parents trip and leave the kids with the grandparents! We will have trick-or-treating stations for the kids and costumes are welcome.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear a suit or dress, if you have a Halloween costume that you would like to wear please do, we are having a costume contest. If that isn't your thing don't sweat it.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outside? Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held outside. It is entirely shaded by trees and if for some reason its too cold they have heaters. The Reception will be in an airconditioned building.

Photos and Social Media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. You have been invited to be with us in the moment, we have a photographer, so please put your phone away. If you would like to take photos before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, or the reception, feel free! Post as you please. We will be uploading all the photos taken at the wedding to the website as soon as we have them back if you would like to download them!

Will there be lots of dancing?

We have dance floor space and fun music to dance to. I hope you will have a great time with the festivities!
