How do I complete my E-ticket for entry/exit the Dominican Republic?

https://eticket.migracion.gob.do To complete E-ticket application, click complete new ticket, change language to English in upper right hand corner, pull down menu. You will need your passport number, flight information and resort reservation confirmation. You may also add people traveling with you. Complete the E-ticket within 72 hours of travel.
