When Macy met Johnny, she was immediately intrigued and he was immediately crushing. Macy wanted to know more about his film photography and camping adventures across the West and Johnny wanted to learn about pottery and spend time with the cute redhead from his small group. They grew an amazing friendship for a few months. They spent many nights in her home studio, laughing and learning about each other. While Johnny was still crushing hard, Macy began realizing how much better her life was with Johnny in it. She wanted to spend as much time with him as she could. She wanted to feel close to him. She soon found herself waiting for Sundays to see him and getting excited when his name appeared on her phone. After about 5 months, Johnny did the impossible; he escaped the friend zone (or as he said, "got a promotion"). Since then, they haven't looked back and while they've been able to grow their romantic relationship, they've also became each other's best friend.
