Tips for Travel documents required and transportation?

The resort is approximately 10 miles from the airport with taxis readily available. Fare is about 25-30 euros for four passengers. • Travel docs – EU passport holders just need their passport/ID; U.S. & Canadian travelers need a passport valid at least 3 months past departure date.

Car Rental • If you’re planning to explore beyond the resort, renting a car can be efficient and fun—Rhodes’ narrow roads favor compact vehicles. • Many travelers recommend local providers like Rodos Cars or Marathon for reliability Ride share apps are not the most reliable in Rhodes. Use the Aegean Taxi app or book traditional radio taxis in advance.

Valid US license and International Driving Permit are required by most rental agencies 🇺🇸 If You’re in the United States • Where to get it – Only two organizations are authorized to issue IDPs in the U.S.: 1. AAA (American Automobile Association) 2. AATA (American Automobile Touring Alliance) • How to apply: 1. Fill out the IDP application form (available on AAA or AATA’s website). 2. Provide two passport-size photos (AAA can take them for a small fee if you don’t have them). 3. Show your valid U.S. driver’s license. 4. Pay the fee (usually $20). • Processing time: • In person at AAA: Immediate issuance (walk out with it). By mail allow 2-4 weeks prior to travel date. Permit is valid for one year.

Individual guest reservations must be fully prepaid by 07/03/26 when the hotel will charge the full amount of stay. Refer to “booking information” section of this site for direct link to book accommodations.

Answer

Round-trip pricing to Rhodes from the U.S. often in the ~$700-$900/ per person range depending on routing and when you book; deals can appear lower during sales. Use Google Flights / Expedia / airline sites to compare once the 2026 schedule is live. Flight schedules for our dates should roll out Oct/Nov 2025. It may be beneficial to check different airports if there is more than one in close proximity to you.
