Mush Queen. The woman of Mike’s dreams. During their 5 hour drive from PDX to the Oregon Eclipse Festival, Mike thought she had something in her teeth but then he realized that she just had a gap like him. We love her!

Lauren and Mike’s neighbor, lil’ Deb, is Mike’s mom. She opened her home and her heart to Lauren right off the bat and made Lauren feel at home in this far away land that is California. She has been generous and thoughtful in countless ways since Lauren and Mike relocated to her neighborhood. Everyone needs some lil’ Deb in their life. We love her!

Mother of the Bride
Norma is Lauren’s mom and best friend. She cried the first week that she met Mike because she was so happy that Lauren had found such an amazing person to love and to love her. When Norma is around, everybody is happy because she ensures everybody is taken care of and at ease. Everybody needs a Norma in their life. We love her!

Scott is Lauren’s daddio. He has a heart of gold and, while he didn’t cry the first time he met Mike, his reaction was similar to Norma’s in that he loves Mike and Lauren together. We love him!

Aila is Lauren’s niece. When she came into the world, the world rejoiced at her sweet smile, her genuine happiness, and the love that she emits through her eyes. She is a living example of a fairy unicorn princess. We LOVE her!

Mia is Lauren’s sister-in-law and is one of Lauren’s favorite people with whom to laugh and cry. She is a boss lady and one of Lauren’s best friends. We love her!

Sarah and Lauren became sisters and BFFs in Brooklyn before they both moved to Southern California. Wherever Sarah goes, she spreads joy, laughter and funky flare. We love her!
Lindsay Dixon

Lindsay is Lauren’s UofM BFF and first “adult” roommate in NYC. She has an enormous, generous, and kind heart and has been a solid sister to Lauren over the years. We love her!

Paula is one of Lauren’s best friends from her hometown Muskegon, Michigan. She is a supportive, loyal and wise woman from whom Lauren is always learning more. We love her!
