What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

We have Hotel Blocks at The Avail & the Aloft - you can find the links to these blocks on the Travel Tab. Please note these Block Rates expire on March 28th.

How do I get to the Venue?

Answer

The Venues Address is 243 Pace Lane in Cave Springs. Putting Osage House into Apple or Google Maps should take you right there! Please note there are two venues on the property, our venue will be at the end of the road at the top of the hill.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be Shuttles to and from the Hotel Avail. Shuttles heading to the Ceremony will be leaving from the front of the hotel at 3:45PM & 4:10PM. Return Shuttles will begin at 8PM with final departure at 11PM. There is no prior sign up required. The Venue is 10 minutes from the Hotels and rideshare is available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There was a section to place Dietary Restrictions as part of the RSVP, If you did not see it or feel you forgot to put something in there - please let us know as soon as possible!
