Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive at 3:30 as seating will begin at 3:45. Ceremony will occur at 4pm and last approximately 30 minutes, followed by a cocktail hour and reception with dinner and fun!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is! When you enter the Elks Lodge campus you will follow the narrow road up and around the main house up the hill. There will be parking at the top of the hill. You will then walk down the hill (follow the signs!) and take the left path when you see the hedges. If you need easier access you are able to drop off guests at the hedges (see sign on arrival!) or follow the road back down to the house where you will see a set of stairs. From there you can access the venue and cars can circle back and park in the lot.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

AC Hotels San Rafael at 1201 Fifth Ave is about 2 blocks from the venue. Please keep on the look out for additional information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation! As much as we love to think "the more the merrier" due to our contract at the venue we are allowed a very specific amount of people that are special to us to share in our day. Unless your partner or children are listed by name on your invitation please refrain from bringing a date as there will not be enough chairs or food to accommodate them.
