Pittsburgh International Airport

If you're flying PIT is the most convenient airport. It's about a half hour drive from the hotel. Pittsburgh Regional Transit offers public transit service to and from Pittsburgh International Airport via the 28X Airport Flyer. The fare to downtown is $2.75 each way.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Aviary

July 12, 2024 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

Two shuttles will pick up guests at the hotel and take them to the Aviary, prior to the ceremony. Elite Coach Limousine to pick up guests on 6th Ave next to the Kimpton or in front of the Koppers Building on William Penn Place. Shuttles scheduled to arrive at the Kimpton at 4:30 and depart at 4:50. If you miss the shuttle, there should be plenty of time to get an Uber and get to the ceremony in time!

Return Shuttle from the Aviary to the Hotel

An early shuttle will be returning guests back to the hotel from the Aviary.

A second return shuttle will be returning guests back to the hotel from the Aviary.

Final Shuttles from the Aviary to the Afterparty and Hotel

July 6, 2024 10:45 pm - 11:15 pm

The final two shuttles will arrive at the Aviary and take the bride and groom and all remaining guests to the afterparty. After the shuttles stop at the afterparty, they will proceed to drop remaining guests onboard back off at the hotel. These two shuttles arrive and depart at slightly staggered times so that guests don't get left behind!
