Where will the wedding take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be located at Madera Estates (3201 North Frazier Street, Conroe, Texas 77303). The ceremony will take place outdoors with the reception to follow in the main hacienda.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
The Dress code is Formal, we want everyone to look and feel their best! Please be sure to dress to impress and to bring your dancing shoes! For men, a suit and tie is encouraged. For Women, a floor length or mid-calf length dress is encouraged. Please try to avoid colors like white, ivory, champagne, or cream. You are more than welcome to pick bright fun colors or color coordinate with our wedding colors (all shades of green).

Who is included in my invitation?
Answer
We respectfully request that this be an adults only event and that only those listed on the invitation attend. To ensure we are able to accommodate all of our guests, please be sure to RSVP by August 1st, 2025. If you have questions about who is included in your RSVP please reach out to Brianna or Jorge.

What is the food and drink situation?
Answer
We will be serving appetizers, a full dinner during the reception, and dessert. Please let us know if there are any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we need to be aware of. We also ask you to refrain from bring any alcoholic beverages, per the venues requirements. Don't worry we have a full, open bar ;)

Will there be parking available?
Answer
Yes, Madera Estates has plenty of parking for those who would like to drive to the venue. We are offering a shuttle service to and from the hotel, for those planning on staying the night in Conroe. If you do plan to park at the venue and drive home after the reception, we ask that you drink responsibly!

Are there hotel room available near the Venue?
Answer
Yes, we currently have a hotel room block with the Hyatt Regency in Conroe. There are both one night and two night stays available. Please see the travel section for more details and a link! There are also plenty of other hotel options in Conroe and around the venue!

Do y'all have a registry?
Answer
Yes, we currently have a registry through Zola (our wedding website). It can be found under the registry tab on our website!
