Our journeys began rooted deeply in faith. Growing up in Christian households, we were dedicated to serving the Lord in various capacities. I, Joseph, was raised in the United States and traveled extensively as part of an evangelist family, sharing the Gospel and uplifting communities wherever we went. Meanwhile, Jacquelyn grew up in Mexico, where she and her family worked as missionaries in Veracruz, passionately establishing churches and spreading the message of hope and love. Our paths finally crossed in 2020 at Grace Baptist Church in Ocean Springs during a meeting of our sending church. At that time, I was living in Florida, actively involved in ministry, while Jacquelyn was focused on her work in Mexico. Little did we know that this meeting would set the course for the rest of our lives together. A short few years passed, and we began dating on August 4, 2024. Our hearts intertwined as we discovered our shared passion for serving God and our desire to build a life centered around Christ. After a beautiful courtship, we joyously became engaged on November 24, 2025, and we are thrilled to announce our wedding date: February 20, 2026. As we prepare to embark on this new chapter together, we are filled with excitement and anticipation. We can’t wait to see where the Lord leads us as we serve Him side by side, nurturing our new family and spreading the love and light of the Gospel to the world.
