Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Formal - Color Encouraged! Black-Tie optional. Our color palette includes shades of pinks, greens and blues.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00 p.m. to enjoy the live music. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. (Ryan, take note of the time!)

Is there parking for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The St. Regis Longboat Key will provide wedding guests valet parking services at a rate of $35 per vehicle through the main entrance. The rate of $35 per vehicle does not include overnight parking. Overnight parking is provided at $55 per vehicle.

Do we have a room block?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for a 2 night minimum from 10/24/2025-10/26/2025 at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort at a nightly rate of $599 (limited quantity) and $799 (exclusive of resort fees and taxes). Is there a cut off date for the room block?

If staying at the St. Regis Longboat Key, please be sure to book your hotel room by Friday, October 3, 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, but we want our wedding night to be your night off, and we respectfully ask that this be an adult only event.
