The ceremony is outside and on grass, something to consider when planning your shoes! Wear whatever you want, but please promise to look fabulous and feel comfortable (ish).
We will have LIMITED transportation available to and from Hudson (reception) and Tannersville (ceremony). Please let us know if you cannot drive to/from Inn & Lodge. There will be a cocktail hour at Deer Mountain Inn before the ceremony and while everyone is doing finishing touches. There is a short walk up a hill to ceremony site from the Deer Mountain Inn. For those who need assistance getting up the hill, there will be two vehicles to provide transportation up the hill. Ceremony will start at 5:15 pm so just make sure you get up the hill from the Inn and into your seat by that time. :)

LIMITED transportation will be provided from the Deer Mountain Inn to the Rivertown Lodge for reception. If you can drive and/or carpool, it is very encouraged. Please let us know so we can plan accordingly. Seating is wherever you want to sit (preferably in a chair) with whomever you want to sit with (preferably a friend)! Just show up, eat delicious foods, have some drinks and get ready to dance, laugh and cry. For those late night party people, which is many of you, karaoke will probably happen towards the end of the night, so please start practicing those Whitney Houston vocals now.
