What kind of shoes will I need for the ceremony?

Answer

The trail to get to the ceremony site is an easy 8 minute hike with a moderate incline. Women will need hiking or tennis shoes for this portion, but can change into a flat or a block heel at the top if you want to. Men should be okay in their shoes, but if you do not want to get any red sand on them, you can also change at the top.
