We are only able to accommodate guests who are named and formally invited on our wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, their name will appear with yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, our wedding day is adults-only. We encourage those with children to proactively seek childcare and enjoy our wedding day as a child-free celebration.
Our wedding ceremony will end at 2:15 p.m. Guests should plan for a 30-minute drive to the reception venue, where cocktail hour will begin at 3:30 p.m. Please expect about 45 minutes of downtime (excluding driving) between events. During this time, we encourage you to stop by the Gulch, explore Vanderbilt or Belmont's campuses, or visit the Nashville Parthenon! There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and destinations near the Wightman Chapel.
Sadly, we are unable to provide guests with transportation between the ceremony and reception venues. Please plan to drive or use a ride share app (Uber or Lyft).
Wightman Chapel's doors will open to guests at 1 p.m. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. Please be mindful of traffic and plan accordingly. Late entry into the ceremony will not be permitted, and we would not want you to miss our vows!
There is free guest parking available at both the Scarritt Bennett Center's Wightman Chapel and Ravenswood Mansion.
Yes. We will be offering an open bar, including signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages between cocktail hour and the reception's conclusion.
The ceremony will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be held in a mixed setting, and the reception will be held outdoors under a covered tent.
While we would ask you RSVP as soon as possible, RSVPs will be accepted no later than September 19. Should your and/or your guest's attendance status change before October 25, please let the bride and groom know ASAP.
