Our wedding will be Black-Tie Optional. Men can choose to wear a tuxedo or a formal dark suit. We do ask that jeans are not worn. Women can wear a floor length formal gown or dressy separates.
Please arrive by 5:15 at the latest. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30!
We are providing transportation from the Embassy Suites to the venue. The buses will pick up at 4:00 and depart at 4:15 and will leave the wedding at 10:30. Please let us know in your RSVP if you wish to take the bus. You are also welcome to drive! There is plenty of parking at the venue! Ride shares will not be available in the area of the wedding venue, so if you would like to drive please plan to drive to and from the wedding! We cannot leave cars at the venue overnight.
While we would love to be able to have as many people as possible, our venue does have a certain guest capacity. We kindly request that only people listed on the RSVP section of this website attend our wedding.
We kindly ask that everyone put their phone away during the ceremony! We have hired a fantastic photographer to take photos. We would love for you to be in the moment with us with your phones put away. Guests will have access to the wedding photos after the wedding! We are also happy to take photos with you after the ceremony.
We have one universal registry hosted on this website! Some of the items can be bought directly from Zola while others will give you links to go directly to that website.
The ceremony and reception will be fully indoors. Cocktail hour will be part indoor and part outdoor. You will have the option to stand inside or outside. The outside section is a covered porch with fans!
We'll be serving passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, which will be followed by a dinner. Later in the evening, dessert and a late night snack will be served. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be provided.
