Jeremy and Marissa first “matched” with one another online in 2015. They shared a few dates and then Marissa was off to travel and study abroad. Two years later Jeremy couldn’t help but reach out to Marissa again for another date. Marissa agreed, and now they are getting married!

After 5 years of dating, Jeremy brought Marissa to Nahant beach, the first place he told her he loved her. To get her there unsuspecting, Jeremy pretended he had meet someone from online to sell a piece of landscaping equipment. He does this all the time, so Marissa fell for it. He had her get out of the car to help him “move the equipment” and once he opened the truck there was the ring and overnight bags. Upon the proposal, Marissa said yes right away!
