Trust us, Original Joe's lives up to the hype! Whether you're stopping in for a drink or sitting down for a meal, it's a must-visit. It fills up fast, so be sure to grab a reservation if you're going with a group.
Calicraft
Calicraft holds a special place in our hearts, it's where we had our very first date! Visit the Shadelands taproom for a relaxed, laid-back vibe, or head to Calicraft Upstairs for a convenient downtown drink. Either way, you can't go wrong!

Another one of our go-to spots! Headlands has locations in both Lafayette and Walnut Creek. They have a great selection of drinks and brewery bites!
Napa Valley
Coming up early or staying through the weekend? Napa Valley is just 45min (39 miles) away and absolutely stunning in the spring. Wine tasting, great food, and gorgeous views!
San Francisco
San Francisco is also a 30-45min (25 miles) drive away and makes the perfect addition to your trip. Explore iconic landmarks, world-class museums, incredible restaurants, and if the timing is right, catch a Giants game while you're at it!
Brentwood U-Pick
A little hometown pride from Mark — Brentwood is just 35min (30 miles) from Walnut Creek and one of the best spots in the Bay Area for U-Pick farms. Lucky for you, our wedding falls right in the middle of cherry season! Vornhagen Farm and Sweet Lou's Cherries are two of our personal favorites.
