Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
YES! Please do not wear white, or cream, or anything that resembles white. We are also asking that you try to avoid blues and dark purples. Men's dress shirts can be white. If you have any question if it is appropriate please text Becca :)

What does formal dress code mean?
Answer
Leave your tuxes and gowns at home, but get all dolled up for the occasion Think - Women - midi, knee length dresses, a killer pant suit no - sundresses, flipflops or or minidresses/skirts Men - Suit, slacks and a jacket no -Khakis, jeans, or sneakers

Unfortunatley, only those listed on the invitation are invited.

How does the after party work?
Answer
The after party will be on property, at the restaurant - Alexander's. Please let us know if you think you will attend so we can plan snacks. Your first drink at the after party is on us - the rest is up to you! Feel free to run up to your room and put on a new fresh outfit before you join us.

Is there anything the morning after?
Answer
Yes - kind of. Breakfast is included if you stay on property. Beau and Becca will be there around 9am. This is no pressure, but if you want to say "see ya later", feel free to stop by.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will be starting at 5pm sharp, please arrive no sooner than 4:30pm and no later than 4:55pm to ensure we can get started on time.

Where is the grand ballroom?
Answer
The grand ballroom is the ballroom at the back of the property or attached to the lower lot.

Is there parking available? Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
YES! There is ample parking and we want everyone to get home safe. We do have a room block for your convenice to help avoid needing to leave your car.

Will the events be inside or outside?
Answer
All events will take place indoors; unless you are asked to take some photos outside.

Can I bring my kiddos?
Answer
We would love to have this event be adults only. Enjoy the night out on the town.

I have a food/dietary restriction, what should I do?
Answer
No worries. When you RSVP you are able to enter what you need. Our venue will accommodate and we will be in contact to ensure all accommodations will be sufficient for your needs. If needed, please reach out to Rebecca directly.

How do I RSVP and when do I need to have it completed?
Answer
You will RSVP on the website under the RSVP tab. Look up someone on your invitation and your entire party will come up. Please have RSVPs in no later than: 09.07.2026 Anyone who has not RSVPed but 09.07.2026 we will mark down as a decline.

I love taking photos - can I?
Answer
We ask that you do NOT take photos during the ceremony. We love canids and encourage that you take all the photos you'd like except during the ceremony. Please send all photos to Rebecca and Beau. We cannot wait to relive our day through your eyes.
