Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend all events of our wedding celebration!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants. The evening will take place outdoors and weather forecast averages for the date are a high of 84F and a low of 64F.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar including beer and wine for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the evening. His and Her specialty mocktails will be available, as well as tea, lemonade, and soft drinks for non-alcoholic options.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. There is a Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn and Home2 Suite by Hilton, and a Holiday Inn in Thomasville. There are, also, a couple cute local bed and breakfast locations. There are multiple hotel locations in Tallahassee, however, it is an FSU home game weekend so you may need to compare prices. Hotels in Thomasville or Tallahassee will both be approximately 30 minutes from the venue.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is the only gift we ask for, especially for those traveling to make it for our special day. However, for those who would like the option to send gifts you can find all the details on the Registry page of our website! We are registered with Amazon and Zola.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one and all children are welcome as well. Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 15th so we can plan accordingly! You can also RSVP by mailing in your RSVP card is you so choose.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in a field at the entrance to the location.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Our ceremony will be outdoors under a beautiful live oak tree. Umbrellas will be provided if rain is in the forecast. The reception will be outdoors in a tented area.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!
