We would like to have a head count for renting out items such as chairs, tables, tents, and being able to provide enough food for everyone at the reception.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "the [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.
Please arrive at the ceremony location 20mins before the wedding starts.

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! But with it being an out door summer wedding we suggest clothing that is nice, cool, light weight, and easy to move in.
Look for signs on where to park at the venue. There will be a little walking distance between the ceremony, parking, and the reception area.
Although we love that you want to capture our special day with us we have hired an amazing photographer, we politely ask you to keep your phone put away during the ceremony. Just enjoy living in the moment!
