Maid of Honor
The "Harry" computer, that's where it all began in kindergarten. Marlee despised computers and Mrs. Sypa soon recruited me to sit with her. The rest is history. We bonded over rescuing tadpoles from puddles and playing dogs, where we would drink milk from cereal bowls on all fours. We'd rent movies from Adventure Video, jump our hearts out on the trampoline, and slurp Root Beer Floats. Soon enough, we were coordinating whose mom was dropping us off at "the alley" to meet our middle-school boyfriends and then it was sneaking out to a NYE party where I met Drew for the first time. Marlee has been beside me for every big moment of my life. She radiates kindness, loves dogs, piña coladas (and gettin' caught in the rain), and has the best dimples around. Her heart is big. She is my best friend.
Best Sister
My apologies 27 years too late if you wanted to be an only child, but blame it on Mom and Dad. I can't help it that everyone wanted a cute little boy to hangout with! Anyways, Kara has always has my back since day one. She shares my love for Chinese food, road trips, reality television shows, and pug puppies. That's a pretty cool older sister right there. Kara is the kindest, most caring, and loyal person that I know. Whether it was advice about life, school, or baseball, she was always there to talk/listen. She has always done whatever she can to be a role model for me and I am forever grateful. That is why I call her my best friend. I'm also honored to call her my Best Man- I mean "sister". Thank goodness you love Sarah, or I would have probably kicked her to the curb by now...
