What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! Suits (ties optional), formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (knee length or longer), and formal separates are all welcome.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so please arrive early enough to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins. (3:30-3:45). Also, please keep in mind that the drive around the mountain will be a bit slower.

Can I bring a + 1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally named on the invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests or plus-ones attend unless they are listed on the invitation. As much as we truly love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration unless children are explicitly included on the invitation. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the day with us. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We can't wait to celebrate together!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the venue, but please note that you will have to drive up and around the mountain to get to the venue. There will be transportation provided from both the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. As our November wedding in North Carolina may bring cooler temperatures, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay cozy. Don't worry, once the party moves inside, we'll warm things up on the dance floor!
