What is the address for the wedding and reception?

The wedding and reception will both be held at the ‘ICE HOUSE VENUE’. The address is 251 W SOUTH STREET, JACKSON, MS 39201

The favor of your response is requested on or before October 20, 2020

Do I have to RSVP?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and venue capacity, your RSVP is required in order to attend our event.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We have included a RSVP menu option on our wedding website. You can enter your name to RSVP. Or use the camera on your cell phone to scan the QR Code found in your invitation magazine.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We kindly ask guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to account for parking and seating.

Will the ceremony and reception be at two different places?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

How will you make accommodations due to COVID-19 ?

Answer

Face masks are required to be worn to enter the venue. The ceremony area is large enough for every one to sit 6 feet apart. We are asking same home families to sit at a table together. We are only allowing 6 people to sit per table, that would normally hold 12 people, to allow for a 6 ft. distance between each other. There will be hand sanitizer located all around the venue area, and last but not least please stay home if you are having any COVID symptoms.

Can I bring a date or other guest?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate guest and family members formally invited. If you do not see additional guest, please feel free to use the contact us option to ask any questions.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be a red carpet event. Get fancy and wear your favorite formal or semi-formal attire! Think of it as a Christmas Party!
