Matron of Honor
Meagan Hyslop, now Joseph <3, and I met our freshman year at Gannon University and have been best friends for over 11 years now. We share a love for soccer, the Penguins, and pulling harmless pranks on our friend Morgan. She is one of the kindest and funniest people you will ever meet. I wish we lived closer, but always look forward to any chance we get to visit her and her husband, Kyle. We went from me being unofficial roommates freshmen year, to standing up in each other's weddings! I feel so blessed to call her my best friend and to have her stand with us on such an important day.
Matron of Honor
Morgan Grzegorzewski, now Perian <3, and I also met our freshmen year at Gannon University and have been best friends for over 11 years now. We share a love for the NHL (she's still a Penguins fan deep down, boo Red Wings), tv teen dramas (The Summer I Turned Pretty, IYKYK), and competitive games. She has a contagious laugh, is super caring, and is the best mother to little Henry! I love every chance we get to visit with her and her husband Mike, and now Henry. We went from kicking butt at pool and beer pong, to standing in each other's weddings and starting families. I'll always be grateful for my best friend and that she gets to stand up with us on our big day!
Bridesmaid
Sara Elizabeth, aka Bethany, is my youngest sister. She was born when I was 10 years old and now, somehow, she's 19! I remember like it was yesterday, getting called out of school to come and meet her for the first time. I was very excited to be getting another little sister! Today, we love hanging out and trying to stay up all night, head banging to Beverly Hills by Weezer in the car, and attending all the Twenty One Pilot concerts we can (the latest being this September 18th!). She's fun, sweet, and very creative! I feel so lucky to call her my sister and I'm thrilled she'll be standing up with us at the wedding.
Bridesmaid
Megan is my middle sister and only three years younger than me. I unfortunately don't remember her birth, but I do know I was super excited to have a sister and to occasionally give her "beautiful" haircuts as she grew up (I was very talented at 6 years old, and she was a great client). Megan and I have always shared a love for soccer, although historically, we differ on who the best male player in the world is. Ronaldo of course, not Messi. She is very creative, has quite the knack for drawing, a hard worker, and a great dog mom to little Stewie (Strudle) and Klaus. I'm so grateful to call her my sister and have her stand with us on the big day!
Bridesmaid
Kara is David's sister and my soon to be sister! We've known each other for over 2 years now and she is the first family member that I met, along with her husband Mike. She's very sweet, funny, has always made me feel welcome at every event, and is a wonderful mother to little Joseph! Kara and I share a love for reading, games (love So Clover! and the Password game), and dad jokes/puns. It's been wonderful getting to know her and I'm super excited to officially become a part of their family and gain another sister! We are beyond thrilled to have her stand up with us on our wedding day!
Bridesmaid
Karissa is my coworker and one of my best friends! She was actually one of the first friends I made after moving here to Cincinnati. Our friendship and careers at CTI are over 7 years old now! Along with company outings, we enjoy going to sporting events, movies, festivals downtown, Santa-Con, and just having a girls night in. She's super friendly, extremely welcoming and inclusive, and can always make any event fun! I feel very lucky to have met such a great friend so quickly and am so happy to have her standing up with us on such a special day!
Bridesmaid
Mackenzie and I have been besties for over 4 years now. The first time I met her was down at the banks and I instantly knew we were going to be great friends. She's always making me laugh, someone you can count on for sound advice, and we have a whole lot in common. We both love Pilates (shout out Body Alive), spooky season, reading, all the animal yoga's possible (I suggest goat or bunny yoga next!), and having girls' nights. Oh, and we got to attend Taylor Swift's Era's Tour together here in Cincinnati!! I'm so grateful to call her my friend and to have her stand with us on the big day!
Bridesmaid
Melanie and I have also been besties for over 4 years now. I met her for the first time on New Years Eve. I remember thinking she seemed fun, super nice, and cared a lot about others. And after getting to know her, my first thoughts were proved correct! I can always count on her for a listening ear or some fun new event! We love trying new restaurants (Ché is my new fav), going out for drinks, Pilates, going to pumpkin patches, and doing girls' nights. I'm thankful for our friendship and so excited to have her stand with us on our wedding day!
