The dress code will be formal.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, only those who received an invitation can attend. An exact number of people per family/couple who are able to RSVP will be included with your invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, with the ability to enjoy the outside area. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is there a hotel/hotel block reserved for the wedding?
Answer
Yes, a hotel block is reserved at the Minerals Hotel. Information regarding it is under our travel tab.

Will there be a shuttle available to and from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
Yes, the Minerals Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
It is usually still cool/potentially cold in March. A jacket would be recommended if you get cold easily. We will be utilizing firepits in the outdoor area during the reception.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
There will be plenty of hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner at the reception. There will be a beef, chicken & vegetarian option available. A kids menu will also be available.

There is plenty of self parking at the venue. No valet parking.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes, the venue is handicap accessible. Golf cart rides will be available for those who are unable to walk.
