The ceremony starts at 4:00pm! Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for parking.
Both! Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather dependent). Indoor and outdoor spaces will be available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception, however, both will primarily take place indoors. Please plan accordingly!
Yes! There is a small paved lot saved for those who need ADA parking accommodations. This parking lot can be used to drop people off at closer to the venue entrance. The primary parking lot is the gravel lot - plenty of room! If you need to keep your car there overnight, Cupola Barn asks that you have it picked up by 9am the day after the wedding.
We love kiddos! We would love for them to be apart of our big day as long as they are addressed on the invitation that you received.
Yes! There is a long handicap accessible ramp that leads into the main reception hall and a paved pathway for the outdoor ceremony space. There are handicap bathrooms at the base of the ramp.
Please refrain from bringing anyone who is not mentioned on the invitation. Although we love a big party, we want our wedding to be small and intimate with those we are closest with.

We love lots of pictures, but we rather you enjoy the moment with us. We have an outstanding photographer who will document the entire day for us! Don't refrain from taking pictures during the cocktail hour and reception, just make sure to share them with us!
