Where is the Venue?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Hiland Park Country Club. The address is: 195 Haviland Rd, Queensbury, NY 12804. Exit 19 on the 87 is the closest highway exit to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking at the venue. If you’re driving, there’s plenty of space to park. We’ll also be offering shuttle between the Home2 Suites, Queensbury Hotel, and Hiland Park Country Club for anyone who needs transportation.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail, so feel free to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If you received an invitation with a plus-one, then feel free to bring a guest! If you're unsure or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Our wedding will be an adults-only event, except for our nieces and nephews. We hope this gives you the chance to let loose and have some fun! Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to party with you!

What is being served at the reception?

Answer

We are delighted to offer a plated duet entrée for our reception dinner, featuring: First Course: Mixed green salad with port pears, mandarin oranges, and chèvre cheese. Main Course: Filet mignon with red wine reduction and chicken piccata, accompanied by lemon and rosemary potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables. Desserts: Wedding cake, cookies, and sundae bar. Beverages: Selection of wines, craft beers, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

Of course! When you RSVP on our website, you can include any food allergy or other instructions.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour starting around 7:00 pm, followed by dinner, speeches, and of course—dancing! We want you to enjoy the entire day, so we’ve planned a fantastic celebration from start to finish. The festivities will wrap up at midnight, with an option shuttle bus to bring you back to the Home2 Suites or Queensbury Hotel.
