How should I get to the venue/hotel from the airport?

Answer

To get there from Denver Airport/Eagle Airport, the best option is to either take a paid shuttle or rent a car. The town of Vail offers free shuttles for getting around easy. Please be aware that i70 from Denver to Vail can have heavy traffic getting into the mountains due to construction, please plan accordingly

What should I wear?

Black Tie Optional. We kindly request formal evening wear-Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, while dark suits with a tie and elegant dresses are also perfectly appropriate! Men: Tuxedos (bowtie or classic black tie), Dark suits with a tie/bowtie (Navy or black are great) Women: Floor length gowns, Sophisticated cocktail dress or dressy separates Please no white dresses, khakis or jeans

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. Our reception will be in a heated covered tent.
