The dress code is cocktail attire. This can include a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, two-piece, suit, trousers and button down, etc. No denim, please!
A list of hotel options can be found on the "travel" tab. These are hotels that we enjoy, are close to our venue, and offer a discounted rate for our wedding weekend. While both venues can be walkable from the square, we encourage you to drive to the ceremony to avoid the Mississippi heat! Parking will be available in the lot next to the chapel. Guests can then drive to the square and park at their hotels (Graduate or Oliver) and walk or utilize the Cadence Bank parking lot next to the Oliver. You can also find metered parking along the square or free parking in the parking garage across from City Hall.
Oxford is full of great food! A few of our favorites: Volta Taverna - try the pomegranate marg! Boure' - great porch for a drink! South Depot Taco Shop - we love the fish tacos! Ajax - best southern comfort food around! Proud Larry's - good vibes and good food! Bottletree Bakery - great spot for breakfast pastries or lunch :) High Point Coffee - coffee on the square, right across from the Graduate! Big Bad Breakfast - the OG BBB! It comes with a wait but it's worth it, we promise! 4 Corners Chicken on a Stick - this is located in the Chevron across from our reception venue - make a plan to run over with us afterwards for a late night snack!
