Maid of Honor
We met on the first day of orientation at the University of Tennessee, as scared little freshmen! We became such close friends so quick, doing everything together throughout our time at UTK. She has seen me at my absolute worse, and yet, she still wants to be my friend!! We have made sure to stay in touch since graduating, and we try to meet up everytime I pass through Chattanooga on the way home to Georgia. I would not have made it through undergrad without her by my side, and of course, I couldn't do this day without her either. ♡
Best Man
Chandler and I have been best friends since the day I was born. We grew up in church together, running through the halls of Meridian and terrorizing Ms. Kristy's class, and our friendship has remained strong throughout our entire lives. We've spent countless hours launching ourselves into the yard from skateboard ramps, mountain climbing with exotic vehicles in GTA V, exploring the deep woods of Maryville, sitting through agonizing Tennessee losses (tHiS iS oUr YeAr, i SwEaR), and most importantly, laughing at our own jokes 'till we can't breathe in Kelly White's basement. We've watched each other grow up and become men (if you can call us that lol) and I couldn't imagine having anyone else as my best man ♠
Bridesmaid
Cortney and I met on the first day of Pharmacy Weekend! She ended up being placed in the wrong room, we instantly clicked, and I remember saying to myself "yeah, this girl is going to be my roomie." We did end up living together during our first year of pharmacy school! During our first year, she received the nickname "Bone Crusher" because she bumped a girl in intramural basketball causing her shoulder to come out of socket ❁
Groomsman
Brett and I met in 9th grade in our Freshman P.E. class and bonded over absolutely destroying everyone on the badminton court. I soon found out that he knew all of my friends, and we became even closer because of our shared friendships. Over the years Brett has become one of my best friends and I wouldn't want to do my wedding day without him. Oh yeah and I guess we can all thank Brett for introducing me to Kenzie, so props to him for that ㋡
Bridesmaid
Caylin and I rode 6 hours together from Knoxville to Memphis, TN for Pharmacy Weekend without ever meeting each other! Needless to say, we realized we had a lot in common, thus our friendship began! Caylin is always there to hype me up, and to encourage me when I need it. I am so thankful for our sweet friendship, and I cannot wait to have her by my side during this special time. During school time, you'll find us FaceTiming each other and crying. ツ
Groomsman
Hayden and I have known each other since 8th grade rec league Bearden football. We were on the same team for 3 weeks before we finally realized we sat next to each other in social studies. Guess we lost some brain cells that year. But anyway, we became close and he ended up introducing me to Richard and the 3 of us have been close ever since. Couldn't ask for a better person, teammate, and friend to be with me on the biggest day of my life ✰
Bridesmaid
Lexi and I met because Tyler and Richard (her husband) are friends from high school. In the beginning, we were two shy girls who didn't really speak to each other, but as soon as she brought me an ice-cream cone one night, I knew she'd be a life-long friend. You'll catch us at Bruster's when we come to visit, guaranteed. Lexi's laugh is contagious and one of the most genuine people I have ever met! She and Richard have become part of our family, and its only fitting that they are next to us on our special day. She and Richard were also there to capture Tyler popping the question! ✰
Groomsman
Richard and I met through Hayden, and we all wreaked havoc on Mrs. Peterman's 8th Grade Social Studies class. We have more inside jokes from that year than my dad has hairs on his head. Over the years, Richard and I have bonded over our favorite shows, comics, video games, and pretty much anything you could possibly think of. He's one of the most reliable and kind people I have ever met, and I wouldn't want anyone else standing by me on the altar ❂
Bridesmaid
Emilie is my Sister-in-Law as of July 31st, 2020. YAY! I truly thought I'd scare her away, but she persisted, let me tell you!! If her and I are in the room together, you know its going to be a good time, just ask our mothers. Emilie and I are so much alike that I won the "how well do you know Emilie?" game at her bridal shower, with answers that I would say about myself. At family functions, you'll find us hiding in the back with a glass of wine.☺
Groomsman
Mason is McKenzie's brother, but he has become a very close friend of mine. Over the years he's taught me how to live a little more country, and I've taught him that an ole city can shoot clays with the best of 'em. We might have come from two different worlds (sort of), but we've become two halves of a whole idiot ㋛
Bridesmaid
Kat and I met freshmen year of high school, but didn't become friends until junior year. She and I have been friends for 7 years and counting! Life is never dull with her, and we are always getting coffee when we're together. In high school I would walk into her house when she wasn't even home just to hang out with her family and drink their amazing coffee. She and I have been through a lot together, and it wouldn't be the same if she wasn't standing up there with me ☀
Groomsman
Ryan has been around for most of my life through church, but we didn't become REALLY close until after I graduated high school. Eventually, I introduced Ryan to my friend group, and we've all been besties for the resties ever since. Whether we're bangin heads to metal bands in the car, screaming Rocky Top at the top of our lungs on gameday, or getting absolutely clapped 4 games in a row in Siege (big oof ☹) Ryan and I always have a great time together. Couldn't do my wedding day without him ❤
Bridesmaid
Savannah is Tyler's sister. As with any new girlfriend/sister relationship, you are reserved about one another. It took some time, but I obviously won her over with my wit and charm! You'll catch Savannah and I picking on each other, but out of love, of course. Oh, and you'll find me telling her like it is, even though she doesn't want to hear it. She's the little sister I never knew I wanted.❊
Groomsman
Ryan and I met during one of our foundations art classes at UTK. Well, technically I met Ryan 3 weeks into the semester at a corn maze when I looked over and said "oh hey, there's that guy from my foundations art class" and we gave each other a head nod from across the field, buuutttt idk if ya count that. Anyway, Ryan and I both graduated from UT with a degree in Graphic Design. Over the years we became extremely close, and I was even the best man in his wedding! I couldn't imagine doing my wedding day without this guy at my side ➶
