Our story: We met on an online dating app, Bumble! So glad we both swiped right, so glad I liked Sean's over use of emoji's and so glad we both took a leap of faith! When making our first date plans, Sean originally threw out the idea to play carnival games at our local amusement park, Waldameer. Those plans got rained out and we went to dinner instead where we both felt instantly comfortable with each other. We went on a few more dates, which lead to more dates and we continued dating, eventually getting an apartment together and then buying our dream home together last year. Fast forward to two years past our first date and we finally made plans to go to Waldameer, eat funnel cake, play overpriced carnival games, and ride the Ferris Wheel. As we were leaving Waldameer, Sean told me, now that our first date was "officially" over he could finally ask me the question he had been waiting to ask me, then he got down on one knee and proposed! He had all of our family waiting at a local restaurant to celebrate with us! We are both so lucky to have found each other!
