Is the wedding still happening in light of COVID-19?

[Updated 02/08/21]: Yes, the wedding has just been pushed to a later date. Our new date is Thurs, Sept 2, 2021. We hope you can make it!

I already booked a room at the Broadmoor for your old September 26 date - do I need to cancel and re-book?

Answer

For those of you who previously made reservations at the Broadmoor in our wedding block for the September 26 2020 and/or May 8 2021 date: you do not need to make any changes! Your reservation and deposit have been transferred to new corresponding dates in our block. If you were booked to check in Friday, 9/25/20, checking out Sunday, 9/27/20, your reservation has automatically been shifted to Wednesday, 09/01/21, checking out Friday, 09/03/21. You will receive a confirmation email regarding this shift from the Broadmoor Tuesday, Feb 9, 2021. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you can do so by calling the reservation line (numbers included below), and your deposit will be refunded. Is there a room block for the Broadmoor?

Yes! A number of room blocks have been reserved for our guests on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in staying with us at the Broadmoor, you can book a room in our block online or over the phone. How do I RSVP?

Answer

We are collecting RSVPs online, through our website (here). Click on the “RSVP” tab to respond. Should your plans change, you will be able to change your response before the RSVP deadline (Monday, July 19, 2021).

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors, cocktail hour and reception are indoors. Note: In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors, in the Broadmoor's Main Ballroom (more information to be included regarding changes due to rain, if necessary).

We are registered at a few different places but have found the best way to keep track of everything is via a zola registry, which you can access on our website (here).
