What should I wear?

We’d love to see everyone dressed up and feeling their best! The dress code is formal, and please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, and it may be chilly. We recommend bringing a warm coat, shawl, or wrap that complements your outfit. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate! 🍂✨

What time should I arrive?

We request that you arrive around 3:30 pm. There is an 8-minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space, and we would appreciate if our guests were in their seats no later than 4 pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the rest of the evening will be warm and cozy inside. Please plan for a quarter-mile walk on uneven terrain to the ceremony space. Since it’s a later October date, we highly recommend bringing a coat, wrap, or any stylish layers to keep comfortable. We’ll have cozy blankets ready for you during the ceremony! And don’t worry — if the weather decides to surprise us with rain or snow, we’ll simply move everything indoors.

Is there parking available?

Stein Farms offers a spacious on-site parking lot just steps from the reception building, with a walk to the ceremony space along a paved and well-marked path.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our two photographers will be capturing everything, and we can't wait to share the photos with you! Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception.

There will be an open bar during cocktail hour, followed by a cash bar for the rest of the night.
