Downtown Petoskey Michigan
Petoskey is a great summer town. Walk around downtown and check out cute shops, & take a stroll along the waterfront park. If you're hungry (or thirsty!), Beards Brewery is one of our favorite spots for beer & a great view of the Bay.
Pond Hill Farm
Pond Hill Farm has it all - it's a vineyard & a farm with live animals (Bernie loves the pigs), hikes, craft beer, great food and great views. If you're planning to do the Tunnel of Trees drive, this is at the start of the scenic drive.
Tunnel of Trees
We highly suggest taking this scenic drive! It's a 20 mile route that hugs Lake Michigan with rich hardwoods on each side creating a tree canopy over much of the narrow road. It's one of the most famous routes in Michigan. Make sure to stop at Legs Inn at the end of the route in Cross Village for a snack or drink and some incredible views of Lake Michigan.

If you’re looking for a small local brewery that’s off the beaten path, we love Burnt Marshmallow! Our picks are “I AM BROOT” (brut pale ale) or Hemingway IPA
Petoskey Brewing
A great brewery not too far from the resort. Best known for their Juicy IPA.
Petoskey State Park
This state park has a great beach for those looking for an invigorating dip in the Bay
