Sewanee Hiking Trails

There is no shortage of trails and natural beauty in Sewanee! Shakerag Hollow and The Cross to Morgan's Steep are our favorite places to hike and see spring wildflowers. The Memorial Cross, Morgan's Steep, and Green's View offer spectacular views of the Cumberland Plateau, by foot or by car.

Fiery Gizzard State Park

Fiery Gizzard is one of the area's most popular hiking destinations, known for its beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. We have linked to a 3 mile hike, but there is a much more extensive trail network that can be explored if desired.
