Tom and Caroline were seniors at La Salle University. That past summer, both of them were recently single and focused on finishing their undergraduate degree at La Salle University. They were in the same friend group and some of their friends pushed Tom and Caroline to date. Both of them were too focused on their academics and collectively said, "it's not a good time". Little did Tom and Caroline know that they would have art history together that year. They were in Art History 345: WW2 Art and Propaganda. They sat next to each other because they knew each other and it was comfortable to be near someone you knew in a class where all the art history majors were in. Tom and Caroline would meet in Starbucks after class on Tuesday and Thursday to talk about class and study up. They would each take turns paying (using the student meal account because they're broke college kids). These conversations turned into "coffee dates" where they would talk about their futures, life at home, etc. After these coffee dates, Tom and Caroline got closer. They were hanging out a lot more and continued to see each other even when Tom finished a semester early. He would take the bus to La Salle or Caroline would drive to see him. After that, Tom and Caroline came to the realization that they couldn't be without each other. Tom asked Caroline, "hey, you want to go on this crazy wild adventure with me" and Caroline responded, "sure, we will see where it goes". Since college; Tom and Caroline moved to Philadelphia together, adopted their dog Rita, and got engaged in December 2021. They have recently bought a house in Marlton, NJ, adopted their second dog Murphy, and continue to go on a Crazy Wild Adventure together.
