To help us with planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 1st, 2026. If we don’t receive your RSVP by that deadline, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a “no”. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
A block of rooms has been reserved at The Hewitt Wellington Hotel, The Point Pleasant Manor, and The Grand Victorian for those who are traveling from out of town. When booking your room, make sure to say that you are in town for the Butler/Clinton wedding in order to receive our discount. Please call each hotel when booking, otherwise you will not receive our room block discount.
Yes. We have a shuttle service that will drive guests to and from the venue from their hotels. Please note that we only have a shuttle service picking up guests from The Hewitt Wellington Hotel, The Point Pleasant Manor, and The Grand Victorian. If guests choose to stay at another accommodation, they will be responsible for transportation to and from Clark’s Landing Yacht Club.
We have a fabulous cocktail hour and a half planned. Serving various different types of cuisine, there is truly something for everyone! Which will be followed by a sit down dinner with your choice of meat, fish, chicken, or vegetarian. We definitely recommend coming hungry!
Cocktail attire. Dress fabulously! Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes! Please avoid wearing shades of white and jeans/denim.
Our day of timeline is as follows: 5pm: Ceremony promptly begins, we ask that guests arrive by 4:30pm. 5:30-7:00pm: Cocktail Hour 7:00pm-11:00pm: Wedding reception!
