FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime through the RSVP tab on our website or by scanning the QR code on your invitation—super quick and easy!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 24, 2027. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as “not attending.” As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are required to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and unfortunately cannot accommodate late RSVPs.

Question

What do I do if I can no longer attend?

Answer

You will absolutely be missed 🤍 If your plans change, please update your RSVP or let Madison know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invite.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitations. While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate us!

Question

When should I arrive by?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There will be free parking directly onsite. If you plan to drink, we kindly encourage you to use Uber or Lyft to get home safely. If you are staying at our hotel, there will be a shuttle service provided.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and videos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

What is the order of events?

Answer

Ceremony: 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM Cocktail Hour: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM Dinner: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Cake Cutting: 7:00 PM Dancing: 7:30 PM – 9:50 PM Grand Exit: 9:55 PM

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code is formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shoes. Ladies—block heels or wedges are your friend!

Question

What is formal attire?

Answer

Men are encouraged to wear suits or dress pants with a jacket. Women are encouraged to wear formal dresses or elegant midi/maxi dresses.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask all the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne or cream color attire.

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Our bridesmaids will be wearing a soft blue

Question

Do you have travel accomodations?

Answer

We are so grateful you are traveling to celebrate us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels and airports in our area?

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so be ready to celebrate.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Since we are fortunate to already have a home, we have chosen not to register for traditional gifts. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for 🤍 For those who wish to still contribute, we have created a honeymoon and date night fund, which can be found on the “Registry” tab.
