COVID-19 is still currently a concern and something we are both cautiously aware of at all times. Unfortunately the Delta variant is causing an increase in cases. 99% of hospitalization are occurring in those who are unvaccinated. Wedding aside, we strongly urge everyone to get the vaccine! (Feel free to reach out to Sam with any questions or concerns.) Our wedding will be outdoors so that we will not be confined to an indoor space and guests will have ample space to remain socially distant, if they desire. Please continue to check this wedding website for updates and feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns.
The wedding will be OUTDOORS! (Pray for nice weather!) Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, we have decided that an outdoor wedding would be the best plan in order to host our wedding in the safest way possible. We will have a large tent with a large amount of space in order to accommodate our guests. Please dress accordingly, especially taking into account that you will be walking on grass for most of the evening. If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
Due to COVID and general safety restrictions, we are doing our best to ensure the number of guests does not exceed our space accommodations. Please refer to the online RSVP portal. If you have an "& guest" section, feel free to bring a plus one (and please enter their name where indicated). If not, we are waiting to see how our guest list comes together and whether we will be able to accommodate additional guests while also adhering to safety restrictions. You will be notified personally for any modifications in the guest list. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
Yes! We will leave the decision to mom and dad whether to bring the whole family or to treat the weekend as a mini kid-free getaway!
Our RSVP date was August 6th. If you have not yet RSVP'd, PLEASE DO SO ASAP. We are collecting RSVP responses on our website! If you made it this far to the FAQ section, you're almost there! Click on the RSVP tab on the top right and enter your full name. If you were invited as a part of a group, you can RSVP for everyone in one place. If you have a "plus one" you will also be able to RSVP for them and add their name. For any questions regarding this process, please reach out to us via phone or email at mazzeoschwartz@gmail.com (or find your closest tech-savvy millennial to show you the process). You can also call the maid-of-honor, Mariah, who is on-call 24/7 for any and all wedding-related issues!
Yes! We aren't asking for many items, but we do have registries open with Zola and Bed Bath & Beyond. Please see the Registry tab for information regarding where we are registered and how to purchase items.
The wedding ceremony start time is 1:30pm. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early. We will have prelude music for your enjoyment prior to the ceremony!
There is no required dress code. Dress to look and feel your best! **Please be advised that the wedding will be outside and there will be grass to walk on in most areas.
For the ceremony, there is parking available at The Gideon Putnam. The parking lot is located to the right of the hotel (if you are standing in front and looking toward the hotel). The sun patio is located in the rear of the hotel. There is a path from the parking lot that will lead you directly to the ceremony. We will also have signs directing you where to go on the day of the wedding! For the reception, we will have limited space for parking. We will have a side street where cars may park. You will have to walk approx. 4-5 minutes to the location of the reception from the site of parking. There will be a shuttle available for guests to be taken from the hotels to the reception at the start of the evening as well as the end. Explicit details will be provided in your welcome bag at the hotel, as well as in an email leading up to the wedding.

Don't stress if you are unsure of your schedule/availability by the RSVP date. As a resident, I understand that some jobs may have less than ideal methods of scheduling and you may not know your availability until later. If this is the case, PLEASE let us know ASAP. We want to be sure that you received the invitation and we want to be able to reserve a possible seat for you if needed. If we do NOT hear RSVP from guests, we will assume the response is no, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
