Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. Please avoid wearing jeans or denim and avoid shades of white.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 1:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 1:15 PM.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon and our future, we will have a card box at the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus-one, they will be specifically addressed on the physical invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love children, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of children over the age of 5 within our families.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP, so we can pass on the information to the venue. They will make the appropriate changes to your food on the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free parking at the ceremony. At the reception, there is paid parking on site, costing $15. Otherwise, there is free parking across the road from the venue, situated around Settlement City Shopping Centre and Kmart.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. However, after the ceremony has ended, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for 4 hours during the reception, starting at 5:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. Open bar will include beer, sparkling wine, red and white wines, soft drinks, and juice. Please note drinks will still be available outside of those hours. They will just be at your own cost.

Ceremony: 1:30 PM Cocktail hour: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM Reception: 5:00 PM

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the farm, but the reception will be indoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. Note that if the weather does not accommodate our ceremony on the farm, the ceremony will be held at the same venue as the reception.

What can we expect during the cocktail hour?

Answer

The wedding party will be having their photos taken during cocktail hour. Light snacks and drinks will be provided to guests.

Is there transportation to and from the two venues?

Answer

As of now, no. However, we are gathering numbers of guests interested in bus transportation to and from the venues. If we meet the minimum number of guests interested, there may be a bus charter that can pick up to and from the two venues. We will contact guests who have indicated they are interested on the outcome and/or details of the bus charter once determined.
